Handcrafted Woodland Mushroom & Mouse

A wonderfully characterful, one-of-a-kind woodland piece, handmade by Fraser from a beautiful mix of natural timbers.

The large mushroom features a beech cap, finished in a rich warm red with contrasting pale wooden spots, paired with a naturally patterned spalted wood stem. Nestled beside it is a tiny hand-turned mouse made from wenge, complete with a gorgeous pink ivory nose.

The whole scene sits on a rustic piece of natural bark, finished with moss to create a little woodland setting. The variations in grain, spalting and natural bark make this a completely unique piece — there won’t be another exactly like it.
